I need some clarification...

Is this forum an extension of a Short Sales training website I haven't seen yet?

As Administrator, I see you offer short sales help. Does that mean you are a real estate agent and you use this forum as a means to identify homeowners in distress and buyers wishing toi buy a short sale? In other words is this how you acquire clients?

I see a lot of sites every day and I just want to be sure I understand what this site is ALL ABOUT.

It appears this is a site for both agents as well as consumers. Is the actually training actually the exchange of threats and posts here between users and thwe ADMIN? or is there another site that spins off from here? Such a a site for real estate agents to obtain specific short sale training. Do you sell a course?

Or is tghis where short sale trainers and other real estate agents can come and post about their short sale businesses as well?
